Remember that whole Lebron triple-double thing?


Well...you may think you do, but you actually don't.

That's because, upon further review Lebron didn't actually have a triple double. The league, as it regularly does, went back to review the game tape to ensure the accuracy of the statistics and they found that LBJ's ninth board of the game with 39.3 seconds to go should actually have been credited to Ben Wallace.

Lebron will now be credited with 52 points, 11 assists and 9 rebounds. Still an astounding performance, but no longer the first 50 point triple-double since the NBA/ABA merger...

kind of a shame isn't it?
