3:00pm is here...The End May Not Be

The deadline has arrived.

All deals must be completed and trade papers filed by now. Deals will continue to trickle in for a while after the deadline, but I think it's safe to say that only a miracle will keep this from being a terrible, terrible deadline day (as far as entertainment value is concerned anyway).
